Refund Policy
How we handle refunds, replacements, and download access.
Digital products
Because downloads unlock instantly, refunds are only granted when files are corrupted, incomplete, or you purchased the same pack twice.
Fix first
Contact support@punishertn.com within 7 days. We’ll attempt to repair the issue or send a replacement archive.
Duplicate orders
If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, send the order numbers and we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
Custom work
Custom commissions follow the milestone terms agreed in the project proposal.
